Payment Policy

After your pet has been evaluated, we will discuss treatment options with you and provide an estimate of anticipated charges. Please be prepared to leave a deposit prior to any diagnostics or treatments being completed. The remaining balance for your pet's care must be paid in full when your pet leaves the hospital. We strive to provide an accurate estimate of charges, but there can be unanticipated changes in the cost of treatment based on your pet's needs.
