The referral process

All appointments are on a referral only basis.

Please feel free to discuss with your regular veterinarian if a referral is appropriate for your pet’s condition.

Contact our client services coordinator (910-790-1070) for more information or to establish an appointment.

Please be sure to bring any pertinent information regarding your pet’s health condition including bloodwork, radiographs, and any lab results.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. A 50% deposit of the initial estimate is required prior to major surgical procedures. The remaining balance is due at the time of patient discharge. Rehabilitation payment packages are also available based on the plan of care established for the individual patient. Payment terms include cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and CareCredit.
